Early registration rates are available for a limited time. Register as soon as possible to take advantage of reduced pricing before standard rates apply.

Hotel Accommodations

Preferred Rates at Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere

A limited room block has been secured at Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere at preferred group rates for summit attendees. To access these rates, reservations must be made by 7 May, or until the room block is fully booked.

Once the block is filled, accommodations will be subject to availability and prevailing market rates.

Air Travel

Official Airline Partner: Lufthansa Group

The Lufthansa Group is the official airline partner for the Summit. Attendees may receive discounted fares on flights to Vienna when booking through participating airlines, including Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, and Eurowings. Check back soon for a link with these exclusive savings.

Planning Ahead

Vienna is a popular destination during the Summit period, and both hotel availability and airfare pricing can fluctuate. We recommend booking registration, accommodations, and travel early to ensure the widest range of options and preferred rates.
