What are the dates and location for the 2024 HBA European Leadership Summit?
The 2024 HBA European Leadership Summit will be held 13-14 June 2024 at the UNAHOTELS Expo Fiera Milano in Milan, Italy.
What is the dress code?
Attire for all HBA European Leadership Summit events is business professional.
Who can I contact with my dietary restrictions or ADA needs?
Dietary restrictions/preferences can be added via your HBA profile. Click here for additional information on how to do this.
Email HBA@HBAnet.org to communicate any ADA needs. Dietary restrictions and ADA needs that are not communicated cannot be guaranteed accommodation.
What are the health and safety protocols?
The health and safety of event attendees and a COVID-safe environment is our priority. The HBA will monitor WHO guidelines as well as country, city, and hotel policies at regular intervals and implement health and safety protocols as needed.

When will registration open?
Registration opens on 1 March and will remain open until the event hits capacity.

What are the registration cancellation and substitution policies?
Cancellation Policy:
Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund (minus a €90 administrative fee) until 17 May 2024. A completed cancellation form must be received in writing via email to HBA@HBAnet.org no later than 17 May 2024. Registrants who do not cancel by 17 May 2024 and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee. *Note: If a portion of your registration fee is covering HBA membership dues, this is nonrefundable and nontransferable per the HBA policy.
Substitution Policy:
Confirmed registrations may substitute their registration by 31 May 2024. A completed substitution form must be received in writing via email to HBA@HBAnet.org no later than 31 May 2024. No substitutions will be given after this date. Substitution to a nonmember will require paid membership to the HBA in addition to the substitution fee. *Note: If a portion of your registration fee is covering HBA membership dues, this is nonrefundable and nontransferable per the HBA policy.
