General Information  

Q: What are the dates and location for the 2026 HBA European Leadership Summit?   
A: The 2026 HBA European Leadership Summit will be held 10-11 June 2026 at the Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere.  

Q: What is the dress code for the 2026 HBA European Leadership Summit?   
A: Attire for all HBA European Leadership Summit events is business professional.    

Q: Who should I contact with my dietary restrictions or ADA needs?    
A: Dietary restrictions and/or preferences will be collected during registration. Please email HBA@HBAnet.org to communicate any ADA needs. Dietary restrictions and ADA needs that are not communicated cannot be guaranteed accommodation.     

Q: How can I join the online conversation about the HBA’s conferences and events?

Registration and Badges  

Q: When will registration open?    
A: Registration for the 2026 European Leadership Summit opens 16 February 2026 and will remain open until the event hits capacity.   

Q: How much does it cost to register?

Q: What are the registration cancellation and substitution policies?  

A: Cancellation Policy: Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund (minus a €90 administrative fee) until 15 May 2026. A completed cancellation form must be received no later than 15 May 2026. Registrants who do not cancel by 15 May 2026 and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee. Note: If a portion of your registration fee is covering HBA membership dues, this is nonrefundable and nontransferable per the HBA policy.    

Substitution Policy: Confirmed registrations may substitute their registration by 29 May 2026. A completed substitution form must be received no later than 29 May 2026. No substitutions will be given after this date. Substitution to a non-member will require paid membership to the HBA in addition to the substitution fee. Note: If a portion of your registration fee is covering HBA membership dues, this is nonrefundable and nontransferable per the HBA policy.     

  

Travel Arrangements  

Q: How do I make hotel arrangements for the 2026 HBA European Leadership Summit?    
A: We encourage you to book your lodging in the HBA’s discounted hotel block for the guaranteed best rate. The deadline to make hotel reservations in the block is 7 May 2026 at the Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere.     

Q: Do you offer any travel discounts?
