Dine Around Dublin

Looking to connect with colleagues on issues of shared interest? Or just get to know other summit attendees over a great meal while experiencing the ELS host city of Dublin?  Host or attend Dine Around Dublin on Thursday, 12 June during the 2025 European Leadership Summit.

What is Dine Around Dublin?

Dine Around Dublin is a new programme featured at the 2025 European Leadership Summit. They are informal dinners at local restaurants that provide an opportunity for networking, stimulating conversation, peer learning, and forging lasting connections.

Dinners may be structured as:

  • Networking:  These dinners have no specific topic and allow for general networking and conversation.
  • Summit: Reflect on European Leadership Summit speakers or sessions that inspired, challenged, or even unsettled you.
  • Topical: Informal conversation that focuses on a healthcare industry issue; topic selection and conversation is led by the host.

When and where will Dine Around Dublin take place?

Dine Around Dublin will take place on Thursday, 12 June beginning at 19:30 at restaurants near the Dublin Royal Convention Centre. A list of recommended local restaurants is below that have confirmed they will allow for split bills as part of Dine Around Dublin. If you have a preferred restaurant not on the list, please keep proximity to the venue in mind and ensure that the venue can charge guests individually for their meals. Dinner hosts and participants will meet at the selected restaurant.

How will summit participants learn about and sign-up for dinners?

The final Dine Around Dublin details and participant sign-up will be included in the European Leadership Summit “Know Before You Go” email sent to all attendees one week prior to the Summit. Each dinner guest will be responsible for paying for their own meal.

How many participants should I expect for my dinner?

To facilitate conversation, we suggest planning for between six and nine guests, including yourself. Participant sign-up sheets will flex to the hosts’ desired group size up to a maximum of nine slots.
