Transportation

Transportation

We are excited to welcome you to the European Leadership Summit in Milan! While there will not be hotel shuttles to and from Milan airports, there are several convenient transportation options available to help you reach the ELS venue, UNAHOTELS Expo Fiera Milano. A few excellent resources to help you plan are Google Maps, the Milan Public Transport website, or the Rome2Rio website

Taxi

HBA volunteers that live in Milan say that Uber car service works well and is a good option for getting around the city.

Licensed taxis are also readily available at all Milan airports and train stations. A taxi ride from the airports or Milano Centrale to UNAHOTELS Expo Fiera Milano is convenient but can be expensive. The cars are white and have a "TAXI" sign on the roof. Be sure to use official taxi services to ensure safety and fair pricing.

Train

Milan's central train station, Milano Centrale, is well-connected with many cities across Europe. From Milano Centrale, you can take a regional train to Rho Fiera Milano station, which is close to the UNAHOTELS Expo Fiera Milano. From Rho Fiera Milano, you can take a taxi or a short bus ride to the hotel.

Bus

Several bus services operate between Milan airports (Malpensa, Linate, and Orio al Serio) and key locations in the city, including Milano Centrale. From Milano Centrale, you can take the regional train to Rho Fiera Milano station. Additionally, direct bus services may be available from the airports to Rho Fiera area.

Metro

Once you’re in the city, Milan’s metro is a good option for getting around. Here is the English version of the metro’s website with the map and link to timetables. You can also refer to this guide on Time Out about navigating public transportation in Milan for some handy tips!

We look forward to seeing you in Milan and wish you safe and pleasant travels! If you have any questions or need more assistance, please contact our support team.
